PLEASE READ through the following before submitting a form:

• I will be prioritizing flash bookings and custom requests in my style

• flash designs are repeatable (for a limited time)

• arm and leg placements are prioritized, other more difficult placement requests (i.e. ribs, hands, fingers, neck) will be considered based on the design

• pricing starts at $120 +hst, two touch-ups included. Cash or e-transfer only

• if you are looking to get more than one tattoo, please submit one form only with all the info

• I can typically do 3 tattoos max. in one session (size dependent)

• based out of Apricity Tattoo, shop located in Kitchener ON (525 Highland Rd W, unit #15)
